WHY WE LOVE IT: During a blind tasting with 10 coffees on the table, Bryan asked everyone to point to their favorite on the count of three. The decision was unanimous — the Gold Washed from Edwin Noreña was something special. Clean and fruity, with hints of yellow starburst.

A great reminder to never sleep on washed coffees!

The cherries are pulped and macerated in 200kg reactors for 48 hours. The mucilage is then fully removed by an ecological washed system. And finally, sun-dried in a greenhouse under controlled conditions for 8 days.
